The Orlando Sentinel reports that the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida is launching free seminars for Florida Hispanics to help them understand their legal rights. “There are so many scams out there, and our community — in particular, the non-English speaking — is the target for many of these,” said Penelope Perez-Kelly, a board member.
